The sheet metal spinning technology is constantly evolving. On one side in the optimitzing of internal processes, on the other side in the spinning process itself. New possibilities in machine constructions and software developments offers the users new oppertunities to satisfy the customers wishes.
We want to be prepared for the future and to be able to comply all requirements. For this reasons, we decided to invest, also as a commitment to Switzerland as a workplace! We summarized all requirements in a specification sheet. We made this available to the renowned spinning manufacturers. After various visitis, discussions with machine suppliers we found with to company Abacus Maschinenbau GmbH, D-Osnabrück a qualified partner who is able to satisfy our requirements and wishes. Abacus convinced us with their flexibilities for solving our technical problems and their professional working team.
At the end we decided to buy a «Premo 1000». With this investement, our machine park becomes the newest, most modern and flexible machine park for sheet metal spinning in Switzerland!
We are happy and proud to this step and are looking forward to our new Premo 1000 at Heggli & Gubler AG.
